The agreement is necessary:

It includes a confidentiality commitment on our part.

It describes the services to be provided with your agreement (identification of financing/investors, research, prospecting, organization of meetings with investors, etc.).

It sets the preferential rates for on-demand consulting: These are exclusively services ordered by the client and based on a price list previously accepted by the client. Payment is requested for each stage after the services have been provided, by bank transfer.

As well as performance-based remuneration: of 5% of the amounts raised in capital or subsidies.

We will send you the service agreement for signature as soon as possible.
